Dubai Health has launched the "Dream-It, Dubai-It" programme, an interactive educational initiative designed for children that allows them to explore the world of healthcare through hands-on experiences, innovation workshops, and field visits — helping them develop their skills and turn their ideas into inspiring projects.
The programme embodies Dubai Health's commitment to providing enriching educational experiences that enable children to explore the health ecosystem and broaden their scientific horizons in an atmosphere full of fun and learning, in the belief that today's children are tomorrow's thinkers and changemakers.
The programme runs from 15 to 30 July and targets children aged 10 to 13. It focuses on stimulating their curiosity, encouraging creative thinking, and developing ideas that can contribute to shaping the future of healthcare and advancing human wellbeing.
Participants will engage in hands-on experiences in the fields of artificial intelligence, medical robotics, virtual reality, and 3D printing, alongside creative workshops, interactive discussions, and field visits — giving them a broader understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and introducing them to its various specialisations and disciplines.
Activities will take place across a number of Dubai Health facilities, including Mohammed bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, the Innovation and Technology Centre, Latifa Hospital for Children, and the Jalila Foundation. The programme also includes visits to the Etihad Museum and the Dubai Future Foundation, providing participants with an educational experience that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application.
The programme concludes with a final project showcase, where participants present their ideas and plans for developing and transforming them into actionable projects, reflecting the skills and experience they have gained throughout the programme.
