His Excellency Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and Dr. Salem Suhail Al Neyadi, Chairman of the National Human Rights Authority, have discussed ways of cooperation and coordination in areas related to human rights and labour issues.
During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on a number of matters of mutual interest, particularly opportunities to strengthen cooperation in advancing workers' rights, raising awareness of human rights principles in the workplace, and supporting initiatives that contribute to enhancing the human rights framework in the United Arab Emirates in line with national legislation and international commitments.
Dr. Salem Suhail Al Neyadi stressed the importance of cooperation between the National Human Rights Authority and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in supporting efforts aimed at promoting an inclusive, rights-based work environment and consolidating the country's ongoing achievements in the field of human rights.
Both sides reaffirmed their shared commitment to continuing coordination and constructive partnership in support of the wise leadership's vision for the country in promoting human dignity, justice, and sustainable development.
