Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and General Security in Dubai, has received a copy of a doctoral thesis from Dr. Amna Rashid Al Shamsi, Head of the Transport Laboratory at the Transport Authority of the Ajman Government. The thesis sheds light on the role of strategic leadership in promoting innovation within government institutions and building an institutional culture capable of anticipating the future and keeping pace with rapidly changing developments.
