A delegation from the Abu Dhabi Police General Command visited the Eurosatory 2026 exhibition, one of the world's most prominent specialised defence and security industry shows, held in the French capital Paris. The visit formed part of the force's commitment to keeping pace with the latest global technologies and developments in the security and defence fields, and to strengthening partnerships and cooperation with relevant international institutions and bodies.
During its tour, the delegation examined the latest security and defence products, solutions, and advanced technologies showcased by participating international companies, including smart security systems, artificial intelligence technologies, specialised vehicles, and innovative solutions supporting security operations and the enhancement of public safety — all contributing to efforts aimed at consolidating security and stability and keeping up with rapid changes across the security and defence sectors.
The delegation also held a number of bilateral meetings with heads and representatives of local and international entities participating in the exhibition, to discuss ways of strengthening joint cooperation, exchanging expertise and knowledge, and reviewing global best practices in security and technical fields.
On the sidelines of the visit, the head of the delegation, Colonel Dr. Abdullah Nasser Al Mazrouei, met with the Commissioner-General of Eurosatory and the Chief Executive Officer of EDGE Group, where prospects for future cooperation were reviewed and partnerships in the security and defence fields were discussed, in a manner that supports the exchange of expertise and the building of an advanced working framework anticipating the requirements of the future.
The head of the delegation stressed the importance of enhancing communication and cooperation between international security and defence institutions, noting that specialised exhibitions represent a global platform for exchanging expertise and showcasing the latest technologies and security solutions, thereby supporting readiness and anticipating the future of security work in accordance with global best practices.
