The Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority has announced the completion of a new project to extend water networks in the Al Zubair and Al Dbadba areas, with a total length of 37 kilometres and at a cost exceeding 25 million dirhams.

Engineer Faisal Al Sarkal, Director of the Water Department at the Authority, explained that the project is in line with comprehensive strategic plans to raise the efficiency of water distribution and keep pace with the continuous urban and population expansion in the two areas. He said it represents a key pillar within the Authority's plans aimed at improving quality of life, ensuring the delivery of clean, safe and sustainable drinking water to all citizens and residents around the clock in the Al Zubair and Al Dbadba areas.
