Meanwhile, the Syrian Ministry of Interior continues its investigations and evidence-gathering in connection with the bombing that occurred at a café near the Palace of Justice in central Damascus.
A Syrian security source said that the evidence-collection process requires time before the final results of the investigation are announced, given that the area is one of the most crowded neighbourhoods in the capital Damascus.
The source added: "From the moment of the explosion, forensic teams and all security agencies arrived at the scene to gather all information related to the bombing, in addition to reviewing surveillance camera footage to identify the person who placed the explosive device inside the café."
