US forces said today that they redirected three commercial ships that attempted to breach the ongoing naval blockade imposed on Iran, disabled a vessel that did not comply with instructions, and boarded another ship to ensure full compliance with procedures.
US forces confirmed that navigation through the Strait of Hormuz and surrounding waters remains free and open, with the exception of vessels attempting to violate what they described as the "steel wall" of the American blockade.
