Scientists from Russia and India have successfully developed a hybrid neural network capable of identifying stress, joy, and other emotional states by analysing electroencephalogram (EEG) signals, with an accuracy of 99.99%.

This was reported by the TASS news agency, citing the press service of Innopolis University.

The university, according to a report by Russia Today, said that researchers had developed a hybrid neural architecture that analyses EEG readings to identify stress and joy.
