The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has announced the completion of preparations for its annual summer camps, to be held during July and August 2026 at a number of its cultural and heritage assets, with the aim of providing quality experiences for children that combine learning and entertainment while offering them opportunities for exploration and creativity in a stimulating environment that contributes to developing their skills and knowledge across various fields.
Al Shindagha Museum, the largest heritage museum in the United Arab Emirates, will host the "Young Dubai Creek Traders" camp over two weeks: the first runs from 13 to 17 July, while the second takes place from 20 to 24 of the same month.
Children aged between 6 and 12 will embark on an interactive journey exploring the lives of Dubai Creek traders and the role of commerce in shaping the character of the city.
The Etihad Museum summer camp will also be held over two weeks, with the first session running from 3 to 7 August and the second from 10 to 14 of the same month.
Under the slogan "Our Family, Our Unity", the Dubai Public Libraries summer camp — inspired by the Year of the Family 2026 — will be held in two sessions: the first from 13 to 24 July, and the second from 3 to 14 August 2026.
Al Jalila Cultural Centre for Children will host its summer camp, "Creativity", in two sessions: the first from 3 to 7 August and the second from 10 to 14 of the same month.
