The National Archives and Library has concluded a specialised virtual training programme in document and archive management, targeting specialists at the Presidential Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the aim of strengthening international cooperation, building professional capabilities, and exchanging expertise in accordance with the latest global standards and practices.
Dr Hamad Al Mutairi, Acting Executive Director of the National Archives and Library and Vice President of the International Council on Archives, affirmed that the programme reflects the continuous development of strategic relations between the two sides.
He noted that investing in human competencies and knowledge exchange represents a fundamental pillar in supporting institutional development and consolidating sustainable archival practices. The programme covered concepts of archiving, international legislation, and document management.
