A recent scientific study has found that crushed concrete produced from the demolition of old nuclear facilities can play an effective role in the safe disposal of radioactive waste.
The findings were confirmed by a study conducted by an international research team from the University of Manchester, the UK's National Nuclear Laboratory, and Clemson University.
