Emsteel Group continues to strengthen its role in supporting and empowering Emirati talent through an integrated system for developing national competencies and equipping them with the technical and leadership skills needed to keep pace with the future of the industrial sector.
The system supports some 600 Emirati employees across the group, as well as students and graduates, through professional development programmes, digital learning, mentoring, and hands-on training — all aimed at enhancing the readiness of UAE youth and building sustainable career pathways within the group.
Engineer Saeed Ghamran Al Remeithi, Chief Executive Officer of Emsteel Group, said: "Investing in national competencies is a fundamental pillar of Emsteel's strategy, rooted in our belief that people are the cornerstone of achieving sustainable growth. Through our specialised programmes, we are committed to providing an inspiring work environment that enables UAE youth to develop their skills and gain practical experience."
The 'Massar Competency Development' programme stands at the forefront of Emsteel's initiatives for developing Emirati talent, offering graduates an integrated platform that combines personal skills development, technical qualification, and hands-on learning. Since its launch in 2024, the programme has contributed to the development of 167 Emirati employees, and is currently qualifying 47 participants as part of its latest cohort.
