The Ajman Businesswomen Council at the Ajman Chamber held its second board meeting of 2026, chaired by Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, President of the Council, to discuss the latest developments of the "Takamal" programme for women's industrial entrepreneurship and opportunities for women's empowerment in the industrial sector.
The meeting examined plans to develop services and initiatives supporting the empowerment of women entrepreneurs, enhance the competitiveness of women-led businesses, and expand partnerships with various entities in the coming period.
Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali praised the Ajman Chamber's ongoing efforts to empower women and promote female entrepreneurship through support for qualitative initiatives and programmes implemented by the Ajman Businesswomen Council, aimed at providing a stimulating environment for the growth and competitiveness of women-led businesses, and enabling women entrepreneurs to explore new opportunities in promising economic sectors, foremost among them the industrial sector.
She stressed the importance of the "Takamal" programme for women's industrial entrepreneurship under the Ajman Businesswomen Council, and the integrated platform it provides to qualify and empower women entrepreneurs to enter the industrial sector. The programme focuses on 4 main pillars: training and qualification, consultations and guidance, industrial visits, and participation in exhibitions.
