Reach Middle East, one of the world's leading real estate technology startup accelerator programmes, has launched the second cohort of its programme in the United Arab Emirates, aimed at supporting promising proptech startups and capitalising on opportunities offered by the Middle East's real estate project pipeline, valued at approximately $1.3 trillion.
Following the success of the first cohort — which saw new product launches, successful funding rounds, and accelerated growth in customer bases — the second edition of Reach Middle East will run from November 2026 to August 2027. Applications are now open for innovative companies developing practical solutions to real estate sector challenges, with the deadline for submissions set at 30 August 2026.
The programme is backed by the Dubai Land Department, while Second Century Ventures, the world's largest proptech fund, manages the programme. Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Campus (Dtec) continues to provide workspace and support for participating startups, in line with its commitment to strengthening the innovation ecosystem.
