The United Arab Emirates' holdings of US Treasury bonds fell to approximately $112.5 billion in April 2026, a decline of $1.6 billion compared with March 2026.
The UAE's investments in US Treasury bonds during April were distributed as follows: approximately $48.6 billion in long-term bonds, representing around 43.1% of the total. Japan topped the list of countries holding the most US Treasury bonds in April, with approximately $1,209.9 billion, followed by the United Kingdom with $937.5 billion.
