Masaken Dubai REIT included in FTSE EPRA Nareit Emerging Markets Index

Masaken Dubai REIT, one of the largest residential community portfolios dedicated to managing and leasing residential assets in the emirate and listed on the Dubai Financial Market, has announced its inclusion in the FTSE EPRA Nareit Emerging Markets Real Estate Index.

The inclusion follows the latest review of FTSE Russell indices. In a statement, the fund said the inclusion enhances its visibility among investors seeking exposure to Dubai's residential asset leasing market, and is expected to contribute to improved liquidity and a broader base of institutional investors and index-tracking investment funds.

The FTSE EPRA Nareit Emerging Markets Real Estate Index is part of the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate index series, which tracks the performance of listed and eligible real estate companies and real estate investment trusts within emerging markets.
