Etihad Airways has won the Best Cabin Crew award for the sixth consecutive year and the Best Economy Class Onboard award at the Business Traveller Middle East Awards 2026 ceremony held in Dubai on Thursday, bringing the airline's total to more than 35 individual awards from international and regional bodies specialising in the aviation sector over the past 12 months.
Winners of the Business Traveller Middle East Awards are chosen exclusively by readers — frequent travellers who base their selections on their personal travel experiences throughout the year.
Antonoaldo Neves, Chief Executive Officer of Etihad Airways, said: "Winning the Best Cabin Crew award for six consecutive years, as chosen by the guests who travel with us, is the best testament to the quality of our service."
