Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company has announced the appointment of Jugal Madan as acting Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Chara Ambos Milonas, who submitted his resignation on Thursday, 4 June 2026.
The selection of Jugal Madan from within Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company is the result of a well-considered leadership succession plan, ensuring business continuity and the implementation of long-term strategic directions.
Sheikh Mohamed bin Saif Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company, said: "This leadership transition will ensure the continued execution of the company's strategic directions, accelerate the achievement of its future objectives, and maintain a focus on delivering sustainable value and supporting development targets."
