The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology has announced the organisation of a new edition of the 'Musanei'n' Jobs Programme, to be held on 8 and 9 June at the Abu Dhabi Energy Centre, with the aim of connecting UAE nationals with rapidly growing employment and training opportunities in the country.
The 'Musanei'n' programme was launched in 2023 with the goal of providing 5,000 job opportunities for citizens in the industrial sector by 2027. This year's expo offers more than 1,000 new job opportunities, with the participation of more than 70 companies across strategic sectors including advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, engineering, industrial services, and clean energy, among others. This brings the total number of opportunities provided by the programme since its launch to more than 5,200 jobs for citizens in the industrial sector.
The programme has thus surpassed its announced target — set during Make in the Emirates 2023 — a full year ahead of schedule, an achievement that reflects the success of national efforts to connect UAE talent with high-quality opportunities in the industrial sector.
The expo aims to enable UAE national job-seekers to connect directly with employers from leading industrial and technology companies, explore available career opportunities, and conduct on-the-spot interviews with representatives of participating firms.
The 'Musanei'n' expo is a specialised national platform that brings together UAE national job-seekers and a select group of leading industrial and technology companies, giving them direct access to quality job and training opportunities, the chance to participate in on-the-spot interviews, and the opportunity to benefit from career counselling and guidance sessions — all of which strengthens their readiness to join the jobs of the future in priority industrial sectors.
The 2026 edition of the expo is being organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (NAFIS), the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, and ADNOC as strategic partner and one of the foremost national supporters of industrial talent development, alongside the Government Enablement Department and e&, and under the sponsorship of Forvis Mazars, SLB, and ZCAA.
The expo is taking place at a time when the UAE continues to accelerate one of the region's most ambitious industrial transformation trajectories. The industrial sector's contribution has risen by approximately 70% since 2021, while industrial exports exceeded 262 billion dirhams (AED) in 2025, reflecting the growing need for highly skilled national talent to lead the next phase of economic and industrial growth.
Hassan Jasem Al Nowais, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, said: "'Musanei'n' Jobs represents a supportive platform for building capabilities and empowering national talent, and for connecting education and training with labour market needs in a way that supports sustainable industrial growth in the country. Through the umbrella of the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology and the Make in the Emirates initiative, the Ministry focuses on empowering UAE nationals in a way that enhances economic and social impact. 'Musanei'n' is the fruit of integration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (NAFIS), the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, and ADNOC, alongside partners at the Government Enablement Department and e&, and under the sponsorship of Forvis Mazars, SLB, and ZCAA."
He added: "The 'Musanei'n' Jobs expo forms part of sustained national efforts aimed at cementing the presence of UAE nationals at the heart of this industrial transformation, by connecting students, graduates, and professionals with the companies, sectors, and technologies shaping the economy of the future. As the adoption of artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, and clean energy accelerates, building national talent capable of leading these sectors becomes a fundamental pillar for enhancing the resilience and long-term competitiveness of the UAE's industrial economy."
Ghanam Bati Al Mazrouei, Secretary-General of the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council, said: "We believe that genuine Emiratisation begins with providing the right opportunity in the right sector. But opportunity alone is not enough; building competitive UAE talent requires linking individual ambition with actual labour market requirements. This principle is embodied in the 'Musanei'n' Jobs expo, which reinforces the efforts of the NAFIS programme in qualifying citizens and enabling them to build sustainable career paths in the industries of the future. This expo forms part of an integrated ecosystem we are building together with our strategic partners, combining qualification with direct employment, with the goal of making UAE competence the first choice for employers in the industrial and advanced technology sectors."
Mohamed Ali Al Kamali, Chief Executive Officer of Trade and Industry at the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, said: "At the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, we are committed to supporting and developing national talent as a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainable economic growth and enhancing the competitiveness of strategic sectors in the emirate. Through quality initiatives such as the 'Musanei'n' Jobs expo, we work to align the efforts of government entities with our partners from the industrial sector and educational institutions to build real career pathways that empower Emiratis to lead the industries of the future. Since 2025, we have contributed to equipping 371 UAE nationals with advanced skills, and we will continue to attract and empower local talent in support of achieving Abu Dhabi's strategic objectives."
Omar Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Acting Head of Commercial Affairs and Local In-Country Value at ADNOC, said: "At ADNOC, we mark three years of our strategic partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology in organising the 'Musanei'n' expo — a partnership that, since its launch in 2023, has contributed to providing more than 4,200 job opportunities for citizens, cementing its standing as a leading national initiative that links industrial growth with the empowerment of national talent. We take pride in our role in supporting this initiative through our In-Country Value programme, which continues to provide quality employment opportunities and develop the skills of UAE nationals in line with the requirements of future industries. This year's edition offers diverse professional and training opportunities across the country's various emirates, as well as the opportunity to conduct on-the-spot interviews with leading companies in the industrial and advanced technology sectors, giving job-seekers direct access to employment and professional development opportunities and enhancing access to promising roles at leading industrial firms."
He added: "At ADNOC, we believe that investing in national talent is an investment in the future of the United Arab Emirates, and that empowering the sons and daughters of the nation to contribute effectively to industrial development is a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainable economic growth and enhancing the country's long-term competitiveness."
Dr. Abdullah Al Shamri, Executive Director of the National Talent Empowerment Sector and Mawaheb Centre at the Government Enablement Department — Abu Dhabi, said: "The 'Musanei'n' Jobs expo embodies the importance of integration between government, semi-government, and private entities in preparing UAE talent for the sectors of the future, by connecting job-seekers, students, and graduates directly with quality opportunities in priority industrial and technology sectors. At Mawaheb Centre, we work to empower national talent through skills development and by aligning the outcomes of development programmes with the needs of the labour market."
He added: "Our efforts in 2025 contributed to developing the skills of more than 10,000 job-seekers and placing more than 6,000 citizens in employment across various sectors, supporting the building of sustainable career paths that keep pace with the rapid transformations in the national economy. Our participation in this event is an extension of our efforts to support national talent and provide our partners with qualified competencies capable of contributing effectively to the growth and competitiveness of the industrial sector."
Ali Al Mansouri, Chief Human Resources Officer at e&, said: "As the Fourth Industrial Revolution accelerates in shaping the future of the manufacturing sector, it has become a decisive factor for enhancing the UAE's competitiveness that national talent possesses digital skills and works confidently with artificial intelligence, data, automation, advanced connectivity, and emerging industrial technologies."
He added: "Through our participation in the 'Musanei'n' Jobs expo, e& supports efforts to connect UAE nationals with the digital skills and practical opportunities needed to build smarter factories, more efficient supply chains, and technology-enabled industrial systems. With the Emiratisation rate at e& reaching 55% of our total workforce, we recognise the importance of investing in national capabilities and creating pathways that enable promising talent to lead high-value-added sectors, which will contribute to shaping the economy of the future."
