ADNOC has announced its partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology to organise the 'Masna'een 2026' Industry and Advanced Technology Jobs Exhibition, to be held on 8 and 9 June at the Abu Dhabi Energy Centre. The exhibition aims to enable Emirati talent to connect directly with leading companies in both sectors, explore available job opportunities, and attend on-the-spot interviews with participating employers.
As a strategic partner and co-organiser of the exhibition, ADNOC is contributing through its flagship national content enhancement programme to providing quality job opportunities for Emirati talent in the private sector, supporting the development of their skills and capabilities, and helping build sustainable career pathways that empower them to contribute to driving growth in the UAE's industrial sector.
The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology had previously launched the 'Masna'een' programme as a new initiative within the ministry's efforts to support the growth and development of the national industrial sector, by qualifying and honing the skills of national talent and helping them secure quality positions in the industrial sector.
'Masna'een' is the first exhibition of its kind in which Emiratis receive on-the-spot interviews concluding with job offers, and Emirati talent have already secured numerous direct employment opportunities in the industry and advanced technology sector.
The exhibition is organised in alignment with the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology, and is consistent with the ministry's strategic initiatives and targets supporting the competitiveness of the industrial sector, enhancing its growth and contribution to economic diversification and sustainable economic development. It also serves as an integrated platform bringing together government partners, the private sector, training bodies, and job seekers under one roof, to provide opportunities built on the actual needs and requirements of factories.
