Damac Properties has announced the completion of the structural framework of its residential project 'Harbour Lights' in Dubai Maritime City — the tallest residential tower in the area, standing at 52 storeys and valued at 243 million dirhams (AED).
The milestone confirms the project's steady progress in line with its set schedule, ahead of its planned handover in 2027.
Ali Sajwani, Managing Director of Damac Properties, said: "The completion of the structural framework of Harbour Lights represents a landmark milestone in our journey toward delivering an exceptional waterfront residential destination in one of Dubai's most vibrant districts.
As Damac continues to expand its portfolio of distinguished projects, we maintain our commitment to developing pioneering urban landmarks that elevate the quality of city living and reinforce Dubai's standing as a global destination for luxury."
For his part, Abdulnasser Al Kadri, Managing Director of Modern Architecture Contracting Company, said: "We are proud of our ongoing partnership with Damac Properties in executing the Harbour Lights project in Dubai Maritime City.
The completion of the structural framework reflects our shared commitment to the highest standards of engineering quality and excellence in execution, and embodies the fruit of our collaboration in delivering an exceptional project that sets new benchmarks in the real estate development sector."
The occasion was attended by representatives from both companies. The completion of the structural framework marks a pivotal stage in construction works, following the conclusion of the tower's main concrete works.
