Real estate transactions in Dubai totalled more than AED 11.19 billion over the course of last week, with 4,460 deals executed, including sales worth AED 7.44 billion.

Sales were distributed across 2,723 transactions for residential units, 237 for buildings, and 180 for plots of land, bringing the total to 3,140 deals, according to data from the Dubai REST app operated by the Dubai Land Department.

Ready property sales reached approximately AED 3.77 billion through 900 transactions, comprising 655 deals for residential units, 55 for buildings, and 180 for plots of land. Off-plan property sales recorded approximately AED 3.66 billion through 2,240 transactions, divided into 2,058 deals for residential units and 182 for buildings.

Mortgage transactions numbered 997, valued at AED 2.59 billion, distributed across 694 transactions for residential units, 104 for buildings, and 199 for plots of land. The value of gift transactions reached approximately AED 1.16 billion, comprising 323 transactions — 273 for residential units, 8 for buildings, and 42 for plots of land.

At the daily performance level, Dubai real estate transactions yesterday recorded approximately AED 1.66 billion through 693 deals, including sales worth AED 778.6 million, while the value of mortgages reached AED 392.14 million and gift transactions recorded AED 496.97 million.

Sales accounted for approximately 46.51% of total transactions registered yesterday, while mortgages captured 23.59% and gift transactions made up approximately 29.9%.
